Hi my tracking number is CD613522364DE. It shows that my package arrived in Guangzhou Customs on 9 February 2019 but has not moved since, please help!

if your parcel arrived China without further moving over 20 days, normally this means the parcel address is not deliverable. You need call China Post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel by yourself.
