Hello,

I want some updates regarding the whereabouts of my package, the last information I can see on your website is from 11 November 2018, which was15 days ago.
Has it left China? Is it in my country already?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM206346439CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to Lisboa on Nov 11.

Now is rush season, sorting and customs processing is slow. Normally it will take about 2 to 4 weeks to reach Lisboa. You need wait some more time.

It's been a month and a half, where is my package? There's absolutely no update whatsoever
I only have 60 days to return the package to the company if I need to, so where is it?

I believe you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/amazon for lost parcel refund.
