Hi,

Please give me the status of my shipment RO28034891CN!
The last update was on the 03/08/2018 stating that my package was "sent to the airline".
Surely it can not take 2.5 months for a shipment to be sent to an airline!

This is rediculous

RO28034891CN is wrong number. China Post tracking number should be 13 digits.

Sorry, the tracking number is RO280348910CN (like in the Heading!)

Please assist!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RO280348910CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Aug 3.

Normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to transit from South Africa to Namibia. total might take up to 3 months.

You need some patient.

NO! I dont need patience! I PAID for express shipping that should have been here in 5-7 days! NOT 3 months!

your seller did not use express shipping, he used cheap airmail. You can open dispute to aliexpress/paypal for compensation.
