Parcel never arrived to Beirut on 27/10/2020. I contacted my local post office (Libanpost) and they have no information about it nor any data of it showing on their system. Please advise and provide concrete feedback on its whereabouts as this order has been in transit for over 2 months now.

The parcel has entered Lebanon Post system. If they can not find the parcel, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
