Hi. May I just know why my order was still stuck in Beijing? RV351298391CN- Last update March 10, RE027728486CN- Last update March 17, UW532833667CN- Last update was March 18.
Please note, as per Qatar Post Office, all parcel coming from China are temporarily suspended due to corona virus outbreak, it will automatically send to Oman with Oman tracking number before they will send it in Qatar.
I want to confirm from your side coz I have received package from Oman which were sent from China Carrier: Seller Shipping Method and SunYou Economic Air Mail. I don't know if you're aware of this thing.
Kindly check above mentioned tracking number as it might with another tracking number now or it might be arrived in Oman or here in Qatar.
Only China Post Air Mail has delayed.

Awaiting for anyone to response.

RE027728486CN was rejected by Beijing airport safety check point. You can not get this parcel in future. please open dispute to seller for refund.

Other two parcels are still in Beijing airport. China government has cancelled all airlines to oversea. China Post has no shipping space to send parcels to your country.

You need some more time to get your parcel. Right now you can not predict arrival time, it will be after the coronavirus crisis.

Noted the RE027728486CN, but what about upon shipping the order? It will send directly in Qatar or transit to Oman? Already informed QPost the suspension from China parcel.

China Post does not have any any airline to accept these parcels. So now is too early to know the parcel will fly to Qatar or transit through Oman. The crisis will take at least one more month to end.

So what I will do? I have to wait till this virus gone? Other logistic are still operating and my package are on the way here, but with china post so disgusting. Can you do something for this. A lot of your customers complain for their parcel. I hope you will take action on this and not to wait to till when to overcome this crisis. It's your job and all I know China now are back on track.

If you can't deliver here, then can you suggest to seller to let their buyer open a dispute so we can proceed to other seller (not with China post anymore as it will again cause of delay).
