Hi. I can not find my tracking information thought the parcel was sent 14 days ago by supplier. My tracking number: EA381981026CN. Please, help me

EA381981026CN has no shipping record . This means your seller did not ship you anything. You are very likely to be scammed.

If you just got this number, you need push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not get tracking result in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

if you have get this tracking number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute against fraud immediately.

No, it is impossible. Because this parcel was sent by university admission office and I don't believe that they didn't send that. Is this possible that system can't show some shippings?

Make sure your tracking number is right. EA381981026CN has no shipping record in china post system.

We contacted staffs of EMS company. According to them, because of the transshipment problem, you can't find the tracking information of your package. Please don't worry and keep waiting for several days.

They send me this message. Is this possible?
