Also, what did the customs form say as to the contents of my parcel and what is the address of the sender.

If Royal Mail website shows the parcel was delivered to other town, It means You must be scammed. Your seller gave you other people's tracking number to you (or he printed wrong address in the parcel).

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.

The delivery is part of a scam, it was posted to a completeky different address and now the website can't be found.

Please let me have any information you have on the senders address and delivery address

I have opened a dispute.
Seller kept telling my parcel is on the way and slow because if covid but would not confirm a tracking reference.
