I ordered something back in May, and even though the tracking number I received is saying that those items have been delivered, I have received nothing.

I cannot seem to contact anyone from China Post that speaks English, nor are their emails replied to.

I have already contacted PayPal about this but there is nothing they can do until someone from China Post reviews my tracking number and verifies that there was indeed a package with that tracking number but it was never delivered. They request a signature from someone from China Post on the forms to prove they investigated.

I have no idea how to go about this from here, I have tried contacting the company but since all I've gotten is an automated message in Mandarin...this hasn't helped since I do not speak or understand Mandarin whatsoever.

Is there anyone out there that has had this happen before? Or knows what I can do?
Maybe even speaks both English and Mandarin? I'm at a loss and I'd either really like the items I ordered or my money back.
