I was just wondering , if possible to find out which airplane parcel took to destination country. At least to know if it took a flight directly to the destination country or it had to go to some transfer place?
The last info is just that it had left BJ 2020-03-14 , that's almost 20 days now! I understand the chaos in EU and limited workforce , also destination country has locked down ...But not the time parcel was left China ! Very important to consider this. The locked down happened 14 days later.
so I was wondering if parcel reached the destination country airport or sits somewhere in Tajikistan , Germany or other transfer country.

I mean, the airplane is not a public bus in some village right? You have to know which container it is in and where does it fly , or am I wrong?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php your parcel CP404695967CN was sent to Czech from Beijing on Mar 14 It is still in Beijing airport since then.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 80% international airlines since early Feb. after Mar 26, situation became worse as 99% airlines were cancelled. China Post has not enough airline shipping space and limited space must be reserved for EMS and ePacket.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to Aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Thanks for your reply.
The green sheet with CP number on it has an option AIR/Sea/Surface. I didn't expect that AIR option ( 3x higher price ) has a lowest priority since there is no ePacket or EMS options to Czech Republic available.
The official website shows that 13 went to airline and 14 into the airplane 航空公司启运

I'm not a buyer but sender. So my question is : how can I retrieve back my parcel from airport , so can return the money to customer?
Which ph.number I should call?

I don't think you can retrieve back the parcel. Actually there is ePacket service to Czech. You need to apply a business account with China Post and then you can use ePacket service. CP surface parcel is always a bad choice even without covid19 crisis.

Thank you for quick respond . I have updated my previous post simultaneously.
The parcel has left BJ according to official tracking 14th 航空公司启运 ..means got on airplane. ( 13th was received by airline agency ) .
We have a business account with CN post, yet no ePack to Czech Republic available from Kunming ( sourcing from official website ) . If so, I would be grateful if you can provide me a link ( in Chinese ) where this fact is stated...that from Kunming is possible to ship to Czech Republic via EMS or ePacket.

航空公司启运 just means the parcel was given to airline, not mean departures.

China Post has ePacket to Czech, i.e LE046018348CN . ePacket Chinese name is E邮宝 you can contact your local EMS office or go to online shipping register link:

We are registered on this website , however no option of ePacket (E邮宝) available when making the sticker to Czech Republic ( 捷克). Also the country is not appearing on the price list of available countries for E邮宝.
If you have a direct proof / link that it is possible to use this shipping method from Kunming to Czech Republic , which I can pass to our contracted courier company in Kunming, I will highly appreciate.
