This package send from china to Thailand. It's shown status like this Export cancellation. what should i do?

LL556940467CN was shipped on Jul 12. It can not pass Guangzhou customs and was returned to shipper on Jul 19. Not sure what is the reason of return. But we are sure you can not get this parcel anymore.

If you paid with PayPal/aliexpress, please open dispute for refund.
