LO902971351CN, LO911713333CN

I purchased some items and have been waiting for the past few weeks on some kind of change but still nothing. Can anyone please give me some more detailed info on my situation as all I can last see from china post tracking is "Departure export customs" 12/3/20.

I too have not received my package. Ordered 3/11/20 shows in process with China Post but not changing status since 3/13/20 - LW583059946CN
