http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO423611559CN was shipped on Nov 22 from Shenzhen to Saudi. It is ePacket which is a little bit slower than EMS.

Now is Xmas rush season, airline shipping space is tight, many parcels are lining up for processing and space. You might need wait 2 to 3 more weeks.

Once parcel arrives KSA, you can track the parcel in Saudi Post website.
