Dear all,

i issued a return process to Shenzenaudio a month ago.
Package CR911622218DE was at the customer at the 12th of February, but then changed to customs again.

Please provide a status to that package, because the Shenzenaudio is not helping in any way.

CR911622218DE is going to Mainland China or Hong Kong or Macao? It seems that the parcel is not for China Mainland receiver.

CR911622218DE arrived in Shenzhen on Feb 9, but no further update since then. You need ask recipient call China Post and try to make customs clearance and pickup the item from local post office.

shipper ca not make customs clearance. you need ask recipient to call 11185 and make customs clearance.

CR911622218DE is still waiting for recipient to make customs clearance. We believe the recipient's name and address are fake. Hsiao is not a standard Chinese family name spelling. It looks like a Taiwan or Hong Kong name. I don't think seller gave you real information. He doesn't really want to get this item.
