Still trying to find out a status of my package. It has been showing On Route since April 2nd, 2020. The last hastory has Departure Export Customs on 4/9/2020 from Shenzhen EMS.

LN846262384CN was sent to Shenzhen airport on Apr 30. It is still in Shenzhen waiting for flight space to USA.

coronavirus has badly delayed shipment from China. Our latest report shows average waiting time to USA is 7 weeks. You need some patient.

7 weeks from April 30, or May 30?

April 30. But it is just an average estimate which means over 80% parcel will arrive within that time frame. Some fastest parcel can arrive USA in 2 weeks while some slowest parcel might take 3 months to reach USA.
