Post Shipping to China, when might I get my package?

Hello, I'm waiting for some things sent from Sweden to me in China.
They won't be delivered directly to me but to an agent connected to my company who will deliver the items to me. Will this cause an issue?

With tracking number: RR781153839SE
When will I receive my things?

RR781153839SE arrived Xiamen customs and hold there since May 20. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel from customs. Some duty might need to be paid.

Is that number available to call for a non Mandarin speaker?
Or is there an other number that I can call for English support, as I don't speak Chinese.

Unfortunately China Post does not support English. You must find someone who speaks Chinese and call 11185 for you.
