Hello Volunteer. Appreciate your help. I understand that you can assist with 'parcel arrivla time', 'Tracking Help' and Delivery Porblems'. China Post Tracking last entry for my order reads : "2020 May 15 Shanghai Sent to Airline". Canada Post Tracking says "Waiting for Item " "Origin Wuhanshi CN" "Delivery Date not Avaiable at this Time". My China Post Tracking # is LX122496791CN. Thank you so much for your kindness.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX122496791CN shows the package was received by China Post on May 12 and sent to airline in Shanghai on May 15. Our stats shows on average it takes about 54 days to arrive Canada, though some packages are flower some are faster which you can not control. Just be more patient and meanwhile watch for your buyer protection period and ask for an extension if it is running out soon, or open dispute for a refund. The website will be updated when the package left China
