Post Shipping situation on EMS parcel: EV921342005CN

Hello, I am wondering what the situation is on this ems parcel tracking: EV921342005CN. Destination UK.

It is nearly a month now, the seller was saying it is a 7 day delivery service. 17track shows it had a lot of movement in China and showing as despatched to UK from Guangzhou multiple times. I know covid19 is affecting flights but it hasn’t had air space for the whole month. I would appreciate some updates on this delivery.

EV921342005CN was rejected by Guangzhou airport safety check point on Mar 19. Not sure reject reason. it might have something with safety issue. But China Post sent it to airport again on Mar 20. It is still there since then.

Now China government has cancelled all international airlines. China Post has no shipping space to ship parcels. You need wait some more time to see update.

Thank you, but from what I can see on your previous replies you are saying ems has highest priority. This has been in transit for one month and multiple times showing exported to uk.

How can it be rejected multiple times? It is clothing not electronics etc for any safety issues. When will it be able to clear and do you know when the restrictions will end?

Should I create a case for refund as buyer protection will end at this rate.

EMS has high priority. But your parcel was rejected by safety check point for twice and this seriously delayed the shipment. What is the item inside?

As I mentioned above, it is clothing. Simply a coat. No electronics for it not to pass a safety check? The seller is claiming the item has taken off but I don’t believe this.

I believe the coat might have some magnetic tag inside which triggers the safety alert. Anyway, as situation now is very bad, china has no shipping space now. you have no choice except waiting until the virus ends.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute for refund.

Hi I can finally see the parcel started moving again today after over a month of no activity. Can you confirm the status?

China Post sent the parcel EV921342005CN to Guangzhou airport again. You need wait one more week and see if it can catch flight to UK this time.
