Hi
My tracking RN567376503GB states: Sent to import customs (in Guangzhou on 22.4.19). No update since then. Why? Can you help?
The parcel was sent from UK to China by international tracked and signed for post.

RN567376503GB should have some delivery problem(address not deliverable or receiver is not there).

You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.
