Good afternoon. I have the following order RY397064680CN and the same is with the address incomplete or wrong, I would like to know if they could inform the post office of portugal to my correct address. Rua Francisco Lucas Pires nº 10 2ºdtº, 2735-088 Agualva-Cacem.

China post can not change address when parcel is in transit. You can contact Portugal post and see if they can forward the parcel to correct address.
