http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV418472085CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jun 13. It is still in China waiting for flight space to Italy, not lost.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows average waiting time to Italy is about 8 weeks. You need wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives Italy, italy post website will show arrival info.
