http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV371850967CN shows the parcel was shipped on Mar 22. It is waiting for flight space to Austria in Guangzhou airport.
It is not lost , no need worry.

China government has cancelled more than 90% airlines to stop virus spreading. China Post has not enough shipping space . So waiting time is very long. you need some patient.

we don't have update about this parcel so far. But China Post head office made an announcement in April that all parcels to Austria were seriously delayed since March. So we believe the parcel is more likely still in China.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for non-arrival parcel refund, otherwise keep waiting.
