Hello,

I am checking about an order with tracking number:

RV267692357CN

It is still stuck in Guangzhou since 10-Dec-2019.

Kindly advise the status why it is still pending.

RV267692357CN was rejected by Beijing airport safety check point and was returned to original post office in Guangzhou, you can not get this parcel in future.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
