http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV251810507CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller applied a tracking number from china post, but never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

There is no movement on the shipping from last 9 days is it normal.

now is rush season, handing and processing is slow. 9 days without update is very normal. sometimes no update for 30 to 60 days. In worst case, you finally get it in your mailbox but the parcel tracking result shows it is still in China because post workers have no time to scan and update its status.

Can somebody tell me where the packet is which country and when will it reach India. Aliexpress standard shipping is much better.

Just because seller has paid you doesn't mean you should cheat the customer.
