the seller told me a couple times that the parcel is on route but it has been stuck in shenzhen for a month now,what should i do?

RP829100599CN was rejected by Beijing airport safety check point and then returned to Shenzhen post office on Dec 16. You can not get this parcel in future.

Please open dispute to aliexpress for refund.
