Hi,

I ordered a drone months ago from banggood but it was broken when i got it and banggood, paypal and i came to an agreement of me shipping back the drone with a full refund provided by banggood. I sent the package 20th of sept and since 9th of oct it is stuck at china customs. I'm already contacting banggood everyday to fix this but everytime i just get asked to wait kindly no matter what i say or try to do.

You can change the language at the upper right corner if you so wish. Banggood told me they contacted china post in order to confirm that the package was theirs and that it must be send to the address written on the box. The address is provided by banggood themselves.
But the problem is that since 9th of oct 2019 nothing has happened, litterally nothing. banggood told me to wait and china post is almost impossible to get in touch with.
Help me please!?
In order to get my money back i opened a paypal claim, but decided to place the claim on hold as long as nothing happens. if the parcel has any movement at all i was told to contact paypal again so that they can continue my claim. HELP HELP HELP

CC084990545NL arrived Guangzhou on Oct 10. But receiver did not make customs clearance and pickup the parcel. then china post returned the parcel on Dec 27.

If you paid with PayPal, actually you can claim refund because PayPal policy can be in favour of buyer to get refund as long as the goods arrives China customs . It is receiver's duty to pickup the goods.

wait is the parcel actually being sent back to me then? Do you maybe know if there might be any prove that Banggood/receiver did not take action? where did you see that it arrived 10th of oct?
