Post Request for Email Confirmation – Package Stuck in China

My tracking number is LA116344528NL

This package was sent as a return shipment to China using the return address exactly as provided by the seller and confirmed by PayPal.

7th Floor, Building 26, Chuangxing Technology Park, No. 22 Lixin 10th Road, Ningxi Street, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China Zip code: 510000 To: JIAlekuajing Contact: +86 13417983985, , 广州市, 广东, C2, 511000.

According to the tracking information, the package arrived in China,
but there have been no further updates since December 30.

PayPal has informed me that in order to proceed with the refund,
they require an email from the shipping company confirming that
the package is still in transit or held in customs (e.g. at the inward office of exchange),
with the tracking number visible.

Could you please provide an official email confirmation stating
the current status of this shipment?

This confirmation is required for a PayPal dispute and refund investigation.

China Post nor Netherlands Post can send you such email. But your can give the tracking link to PayPal. In most of the cases, PayPal will accept the tracking result

you can also give Netherlands Post tracking page:
https://jouw.postnl.nl/track-and-trace/LA116344528NL-CN

Both the link shows the parcel has arrived in China customs. Paypal will accept such tracking result.

You should request an official status confirmation email from the carrier stating that the parcel is still in transit or being processed.
