Surely you are not going to tell me that tet can’t send because of the battery. How do we get batteries sent around the world to other countries that’s ridiculous

Different carriers licensed for dangerous goods transport batteries. China post won't even transport something with a magnet inside because they can mess with electronics/scanners and such. It's not ridiculous, there are many postal carriers around the world and very few of them transport batteries, especially by air.

Come on, people walk on planes with phones laptops other battery operated devices and you tell me they can’t take batteries. I realise some products are dangerous but get real. I’ve had numerous other battery’s and related products sent no problem

Battery liquid, in flight cargo area , might freeze and break its container in high altitude and then leak when flight back to low altitude. This has caused some airline fire hazard in the past. So most airlines forbid battery in cargo area. You can carry laptop with you in passenger area where temperatures is controlled, but most airlines do not allow laptop in check-in luggage which will be put in the no-temperature controlled cargo area.

Now most regular battery product are shipped by sea and train in special container, or your battery must past a special safety check standard which most cheap battery suppliers do not want to do it.
