This is the last update I have recieved on my package from China to Namibia "Guangdong Dongguan shipping center customs scan".

Could you please tell me where my package is, its been more than a month now.

Tracking number is: UI131448940CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UI131448940CN shows the parcel was shipped on Feb 13.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 12 weeks to reach your country Namibia.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
