ZP11443091801 arrived in USA on April 17. It is still waiting for processing by local delivery agent.

Yes, it says it cleared customs April 17th. It is April 25th and there has been no movement. Is this common?

it is not so common but still within time frame. If it doesn't move by end of April, you need open dispute to seller for lost item refund.
