Has my package left China yet? On 30th Nov 2011, it was showing status saying Next office "Kolkata Airport sorting office". Ever since 30th Nov, there is no update on the package.
My tracking number is: RM984530605CN

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep waiting 5 to 10 days in airline warehouse waiting flight space and another 1 to 4 weeks import customs processing in destination country(speed depending on country). The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 2 to 8 weeks period.

Once it passes import customs clearance, India Post will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

So you no need do anything, just wait some more time.

It is almost 12 days since the parcel was shipped to airline. Can China Post at least inquire about the parcel to Airline company shipping the parcel? If China Post has no control which parcel to be shipped first as per the date of order, how can it run logistic to international countries in such a large scale?

There must be a way to sort this kind of issue. I understand sometime things get delayed but delaying parcel for more than 10 days just to find space for shipping a small package does not make sense.

Let me know what is the next step for me to take to expedite this process.

What is the status on this parcel? It is 17 days after it's last update. The status has not progress and I don't know the where about of this parcel. No idea whether it reached its destination country or it is still with the country of Origin. Is my parcel lost? How can I raise a complaint in order to redress my grievances?
