hi, i have not recieved my package, it has been over a month and have not seen any updates as to where my package is. can you please tell me where it is? the tracking number is #ru897598144cn. thanks.

usps.com shows Your item RU897598144CN has been processed through our facility in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 11:47 pm on November 28, 2018.

you will get it very soon.
