http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM215576815CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to UK on Nov 19.

It is on the way to UK. Now is rush season, processing is slow. You might need wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get the parcel.
