EB855443141CN is my order number and it says it's delivered to post code 4226 and it is not the address for the delivery i have been waiting longer than 2 weeks

The truth should be that Your seller shipped some cheap junk to post code 4226. He needs a "delivery" result in tracking website so that he can claim payment from your credit card bank.

Call your bank to file charge back before it is too late.
