http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP319814155CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shanghai office to US on Nov 12.
This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow parcel. Normally it will arrive India in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.
