17Track show both being stuck at "Aircraft entering the port, aircraft entering the port (arriving at the transit point)"/"飞机进港，飞机进港（到达中转地)".

Tracking on this site shows "Item returned from export Customs/Security" and " Departure from outward office of exchange" as the last known statuses. They've been in transit for 40 / 60+ days and I'm really lost as to what's happened to them.

Any help is appreciated TIA!

You need to open dispute to your marketplace for non-arrival order or file charge back to your bank to claim refund.

We believe this should be a cheating game. The seller intensionally shipped some junk to a wrong place which is not deliverable.

I verified the shipping address with the seller, and this isn't my first time buying from them. Is there any other reason? Could it be stuck in US customs?

The parcels are in USPS system. Maybe you can try your luck and contact USPS for more information.
