Good Morning to you all.

I take the opportunity offered by this forum to explain my problem.

I have ordered a rather precious package from Aliexpress to be delivered from China to France.

I have been regulary checking the tracking device but my package seems to have been in a plane for 5days now...

Indeed, las info I have, says: "2018-12-06 ; 2:46 pm ; Arrival at Beijing Airport ; Airline Departure"

My guess is, it is the time the plane took off. But if so, where is my package now?

Does that kind of situation is usual? If not what can I do? To whom may I speack? given the fact that I don't speack mandarin...

CP353465300CN is called air/sea combined parcel. This is a very slow and cheap service. I am not sure why your seller use this cheap service for expensive item.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP353465300CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Dec 7.
If it is less than 2 kgs weight, you need wait about another 2 to 6 weeks to get the parcel in France.

if the weight is over 2kg , the situation will become very complex, Most of the journey in next stage will go through truck/sea and might take a couple of months.

oh... It weights a lot more than 2 kg in fact... I'll just have to wait then... Anyway, thank you very much for your fast and detailed answer
