Left China on 21 Dec. Not sure about transit times to Uganda but I imagine at least another two weeks before it arrives.

I buyed on 10.01.2018 and waiting now for long time to send my package to austria vienna

LX131451609CN is the trackingnumber please help.

Hi,
I had purchased some items on Aliexpress and my package Tracking number are RM957361010CN & RY982532820CN respectively, Logistics company: China Post Registered Air Mail, Shipment time: 2018-03-31 05:07:30 & 2018-03-30 18:16:54
Surprisingly the tracking has stopped on 11.04.2018 & 2018-04-06 at the website of http://global.cainiao.com
and 10/04/2018 & 05/04/2018 on http://www.indiapost.gov.in

I had raised an inquiry email with the China Post Postmaster but no reply yet.

What should I do?

your parcels are waiting for flight space. this is normal, nothing need to do , just wait another 2 to 3 weeks, it will arrive India.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UM159662877CN shows both parcels were shipped during May 6 and May 16.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.
