ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel. Your parcel has delivery problem.

I have one from china no movement in month. Its crazy. LS118787815CN is mine tracking if anyone can help me too, please.

LS118787815CN should be delayed in customs. If you can not get it by Dec 15, you should open dispute for lost parcel.

11185 can only be called inside china. You should ask receiver call it.

i did call China post today, 11185 told me actually the correct line should be 11183, they checked and found that this parcel is holding at customs waiting for declaration, generally they would send a message to my mobile, but they said the phone number you left on the parcel was not correct, you should contact post office to correct the phone number, then China post will send me the message to do customs clearance

my phone number is +86

Hello. My parcel RY674017146CN seems to have passed export customs twice but no update since then. Please advise if this is normal. Thank you.
