Hi,

My package is stuck in tracking since 15-04. Does it mean it has not passed the customs scan? I ordered a flash cart (sort of computer chip) for my Nintendo.
The number is RV877774595CN.

Leave the "Guangzhou Swap Bureau" and the next stop "WZDM"

2019-04-11 09:23
"Guangzhou International" has been exported directly seal

2019-04-11 07:59
Arrive at "Guangzhou Interchange Bureau"

Departure "Postal Guangzhou International Correspondence", Next stop "Guangzhou International"

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RV877774595CN was sent to WZDM on April 15.
WZDM is its last location in china.

Normally if you parcel status does not change anymore from WZDM, it means the parcel is outside of China.

After WZDM date, it might take anothe 2 to 5 weeks to reach Europe.

Ok thank you. It still says in customs scanning in the English version so that was confusing. If it’s en route it usually takes 3 weeks to arrive in Netherlands, so will wait for it. Thank you for your kind reply chinapostvolunteer.
