Hello kind volunteers in this forum, I need your assistance in tracking my parcel which had been sent from the US. The tracking history as shown below showed that the parcel is in transit following its arrival in Beijing on Nov. 7th 2019.

UH020563345US arrived China Post Zhengzhou office on Nov 17. It is now in Zhengzhou 国际邮件处理中心. Normally it should be delivered within two days of arrival Zhengzhou. Your parcel seems to have address problem.

I suggest you ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel from Zhengzhou 国际邮件处理中心.

Thank you for your kind reply. I have called the place but they said that the parcel is not traceable. I wasn't sure what does it mean.
