hi...have a parcel at chinese customs since 9th August...hasnt moved since arriving...whats the go ??

If your parcel stuck in China import customs , normally it is caused by following reason:
1)Your didn't write recipient's correct mobile phone number in the parcel. China Post needs to send a customs clearance notification and secret code to recipient's mobile phone . In China, mobile phone number is quite important to make delivery. Read this article:
https://track-chinapost.com/?p=1177. If this is the case, please ask recipient to call 11183 and try to make customs clearance and pickup parcel in person.

2)The recipient does not want to make customs clearance and accept the parcel. This often happens when item is a return for refund. If this is the case, China Post can not do anything to make delivery. This is not a shipping problem.
