Post Parcel stuck in sorting center. Need help

My package- tracking number LT368615270CN- has been at a sorting center since Mar 5 and has not dispatched. I'm not sure what to do.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT368615270CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Changsha office to US on Mar 8.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Changsha ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

The tracking we site says the package has not left the sorting center and nothing has happened after Mar 5. I'm not sure what is going on or how long it should take.
