Hi,

I posted parcel number RN638917601GB from the UK on 21st November. The tracking information shows that the parcel arrived in Beijing on 29th November and in the sorting centre in Guangzhou on 2nd December. There have been no further updates since then. Is it likely that the parcel has been lost please?

RN638917601GB arrived Guangzhou international mail center on Dec 3 and stuck there since then. Normally this means the parcel has some delivery problem. You need ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 to pickup the parcel from China Post.
