Post Parcel has not yet arrived

I am trying to locate a parcel for shipment number LM239319011CN.
Status indicates it is still in CHENGDUSHI, CN . The order was placed on November 11, 2018. and the latest event status indicates this shipment was "half accepted on November 16, 2018.
It is now December 30, 2018 and the shipment has not yet been received.
Please answer the following:
1) Where is the shipment now?
2) When will the shipment arrive in my country?
3) How long will this shipment take to clear customs?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LM239319011CN was shipped on Nov 16 from china to canada when Canada Post workers were on strike. Many parcels shipped during strike period are still disappeared. Not sure if they are still in some corner of Canada Post warehouse waiting for processing or have been permanently lost.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund, otherwise keep waiting.

What happens if the parcel turns up in a few months? will it automatically be returned to the sender?

if your address is correct. your parcel will not be returned. I believe Canada Post strike caused some mess up in their warehouse. the parcel seems to be lost or still hidden in some corner of Canada post warehouse without processing.

If Canada Post later found the parcel , it should be delivered to you. Based on our experience of previous CUPW labor action in 2011, some parcels might delay about 2 to 4 months and finally got delivered.
