Post Parcel has been nearly 2 months and still waiting

My wife's order was placed may 16th. We still have not received this item..
It has been moved to numerous places as noted through the tracking, but has not made it to the United Kingdom. Is there any way that I can get my delivery??

Vilnius,Lithuania on June 23 and is waiting for EU customs. It should arrive around July 15

What about mine that’s been in Lithuania since 15th June? Why is it there for so long?

My package is also there (ZOBL09) since the 15th of June.
