Post Packages currently tracked all the way in Lithuania

Hi, i currently have multiple packages that are currently with China post that were supposed to arrive at least 2 months ago that were supposed to be shipped to the UK. Currently however, using the tracking number, I can see the packages are all the way in Lithuania. Is there a possibility of getting a refund or at least ask what the hell has happened with my packages? I paid over £200 for my altogether order and only around 50% have come. All the rest are with China post. Would really appreciate a response.

you could contact with seller or the site from which you bought the item to open dispute for a refund according to their refund policy.
