http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RW281679087CNshows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Jan 23.
Such airmail is very slow and cheap. It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

such no-information period can take 30 to 60 days . Once USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
