Post Package stuck since 20th of March and no further updates!

Hello, my package has been stuck at customs since 20th of March and there is no update. The track and trace is CW000597552NL. Why is there no update? Please help as this package was important as its a return of a broken product and to get some money back I need it to arrive to the destination.

CW000597552NL arrived destination on Mar 22 but recipient didn't make customs clearance. Are you sure that recipient really want to accept your parcel(many bad sellers often play games to avoid refund)?

If recipient refuse to make customs clearance, China Post can not make delivery. Please contact your seller to make customs clearance asap. If seller does not response or gives you excuse not making customs clearance, please contact your marketplace(Amazon, aliexpress etc) to report fraud.

They say it has not been processed yet and China post always takes time etc.

Was there contact made with the recipient and is there proof that I can share with them ?

From over here I don't know what to do and its making me really frustrating as I ordered directly from their site and its difficult to report fraude. Please help and advise how to proceed

the seller's words are not true. China is waiting him to make customs clearance, not that he is waiting for China Post processing. He just want to give you more excuses.

Maybe you have to call your credit card bank and file charge back against fraud.
