Post Package stuck in customs clearance for 1 month

Hello, I am waiting to receive the package CG458530161NL sent from the netherlands to Kunming, China. According to the tracking system the package is in customs clearance since 31st January, but I did not receive any update and the package is stuck there since more than one month.

Could you please help me ?

CG458530161NL arrived in Kunming on Jan 31st. Receiver didn't make customs clearance.

The delivery delay is caused by following reasons:
1)Shipper forgot to print receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel. China Post needs a mobile phone number to send the customs clearance code to receiver. If this is the case, please ask receiver to call China Post hotline 11185 to get customs clearance guide.

2) Receiver does not accept the parcel and make customs clearance. This often happens when parcel is a return for refund. Many bad sellers often play such game to avoid refund. If this is your case, China Post can't do anything for you. Need to contact the. Marketplace and file complaint against seller. Or call your bank and file charge back.
