Hi, my package under the code LZ384510145CN is stuck at the status "Departure from outward office of exchange" "SHANGHAI EMS" for over a week by now, the tracking doesn't update since day 14, and i want to know why it is like that, and if i need to do something, thanks.

LZ384510145CN was just accept by airline. It is waiting for flight to Brazil. As no direct flight from China to Brazil, transit might take 4 to 8 weeks. please wait some more days. The parcel status is normal, no need to worry.

I just wanted to express how much I appreciate this forum for sharing all of excellent information about parcel tracking. It's frustrating when packages become trapped, especially in Shanghai - I've been there! One thing I've found is that customs delays can occur in addition to the shipping process itself.
